Best TeeFury shirt ever?

I've never seen Akira Kurosawa's The Hidden Fortress, but I am a bit of a Star Wars fanatic. It's no secret that The Hidden Fortress had more than a little influence on Lucas's Star Wars, and TeeFury's November 23 tee ties the two together quite nicely. AJ Paglia's "Lightkatana Fight" is, in my humble opinion, the best tee they've featured since I started visiting the site earlier this year.

TeeFury features a different tee design every day. They cost only $9 plus $2 shipping, which is dirt cheap considering the high quality of the shirts and the limited nature of the designs. Each design is only available for 24 hours, so it's important to act fast!

Great Deal: DVD2Blu

Warner Bros. has a wonderful deal happening right now over at DVD2Blu.com. The site lets you swap any DVD you own for any Blu-Ray on the site's list, starting at just $4.95 plus shipping. Some of the standouts include L.A. Confidential and 2001: A Space Odyssey and Blazing Saddles. RED2Blu.com is another WB deal, one that allows you to swap your HD DVDs you might've purchased (oops!) for qualifying Blu-Rays. Check it out!

Something Awesome: IGN's Retro Video Game Vehicle Posters

Earlier today, the good folks over at IGN posted some amazing retro posters centered around our favorite video game vehicles from games like Mario Kart, Halo, Half-Life 2 and more. Above is my personal favorite (and current wallpaper), obviously based on Nintendo's F-Zero series. Go check them out here. Oh, and take a look at their Retro Power-Up Product Posters post (alliteration!!) from mid-July. They're a bit taller than the vehicle posters and don't work quite as well as wallpapers, but they're arguably just as cool as the vehicles. Especially the Donkey Kong and Lon Lon Milk ones.

The Pimp-Boy 3 Billion

My Fallout: New Vegas review is in the editing process and should be up at ResetGames.com before too long; in the meantime, look what I found!

The Pip-Boy 3000 was an essential piece of equipment in Fallout 3, and its significance doesn't diminish in New Vegas. Imagine my surprise when I finished the Gomorrah casino quest during my second playthrough and was handed the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion, a blingin', golden, pimped out version of the Pip-Boy. I even heard disco music the first time I donned the gadget, probably because I chose the Wild Wasteland Trait at the beginning of the game.

Fallout: New Vegas has many self-aware in-jokes to find around the massive Mojave Wasteland, especially with Wild Wasteland enabled. Thus far, this one just might be my personal favorite.

Check out the Fallout Wiki, where I came across the above image, for more.
