I've never seen Akira Kurosawa's The Hidden Fortress, but I am a bit of a Star Wars fanatic. It's no secret that The Hidden Fortress had more than a little influence on Lucas's Star Wars, and TeeFury's November 23 tee ties the two together quite nicely. AJ Paglia's "Lightkatana Fight" is, in my humble opinion, the best tee they've featured since I started visiting the site earlier this year.

The Hidden Fortress is decent compared to Kurosawa's other films, High and Low, Seven Samurai, Ran or Rashomon for example. I'd say Star Wars is part Wizard of Oz, part Hidden Fortress. Everything bumbling about R2D2 and C3PO in Star Wars is from Hidden Fortress. Awesome shirt!
